How and where are your products designed, produced and shipped from?
The Tokyo Sign goods are designed with care by members of Bento Graphics Inc. in the central Shibuya-Daikanyama area of Tokyo, Japan. After that they are produced by our manufacturing partner Printful in the U.S. and are also shipped from there.
In future we may add exclusive products which are shipped from Japan or other places. We will indicate this in the product description.
What is your return policy?
Generally we only accept the return and replacement of misprinted/damaged/defective products, or if the delivery was lost during transit.
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed and are generally unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it was submitted. A change of mind or order mistakes (e.g. product size or address etc) are not covered by the return policy. If the delivery was returned to sender (in the U.S.) due to an undeliverable address a reshipping may be possible but new shipping charges will be applied.
Defective Products Only: Please send it back to our manufacturing facility (Printful) in the U.S., each package carries a return slip with the address below:

Generally any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. See the full Printful return policy here and more details in their FAQ here.
Please also send us an email about the issue, including the order number (found on the package slip) and a photo of the defect.
My order has not been delivered yet. Where is my tracking information?
Please check your mail account for any emails from @tokyosigns.com or @printful.com regarding your tracking information. If you do not find anything, please contact us directly via our contact page.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to all countries, apart from Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We use live shipping rates for the most affordable carrier rate to ship internationally.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order is leaving the production facility between 2-7 days, on average 3 days. Shipping time varies on country and kind of selected shipping speed at time of ordering. Please refer to the shipping details during check-out or this page.

Why does the name “bentographics”, “Bento Graphics Inc.”, or “Bento Graphics 株式会社” or similar, show up on the Paypal payment page?
Because Tokyo Signs is a project run by the company Bento Graphics Inc. based in Tokyo, Japan and we’re using the parent’s company bank accounts for payment.
